iTOO Special Risks has partnered with Osprey Underwriting Managers to develop and grow specie insurance across Africa. This partnership combines Osprey’s expertise in specie insurance with iTOO’s footprint in key mineral-rich markets outside South Africa, including Namibia, Botswana, Lesotho, Mozambique, Zambia, Ghana, Tanzania, and Kenya.

Specie insurance covers high-value assets such as cash, bullion, diamonds, and other valuables. Through this collaboration, iTOO and Osprey will provide brokers and clients with a comprehensive, specialised solution tailored to industry needs.
